1. Who provides Fastrackie
Fastrackie is operated by Joe Nyambura, an individual developer based in Kenya ("we", "us"). You can reach us at joenyambura@gmail.com. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.
2. What Fastrackie is — and is not
Fastrackie is a fasting timer and record keeper. It tracks the clock; it does not give medical, nutritional or health advice, and nothing in the app is a substitute for advice from a professional who knows your situation. The Health & fasting disclaimer inside the app is part of these terms. Fasting is not suitable for everyone; you are responsible for deciding, with appropriate advice, whether it is suitable for you. You must be 18 or older to use Fastrackie.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your sign-in credentials to yourself. You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. We may suspend or close an account that is used to abuse the service, other users, or these terms.
4. Fastrackie Plus
Some features are part of Fastrackie Plus, an optional subscription billed through your platform app store (Google Play or the App Store). The price is shown by the store before you confirm, in your local currency. Subscriptions renew until you cancel in your store account settings; where a free trial is offered, its length is shown before you start it. Refunds are handled under the store's own policy. Exporting your data and deleting your account never require a subscription.
5. Your content
Your fasting records, journal entries, mood logs and weight entries are yours. You give us only the licence needed to store and sync them so the app works. Journal entries are private by design: we do not read them, share them, or use them for anything except showing them back to you.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Fastrackie to break the law, to interfere with the service or other people's use of it, or to attempt access to data that is not yours.
7. Changes
We may revise the service and these terms. When the terms change, the version number and effective date at the top of this page change with them, and the app can tell you a document was revised after you last read it. Continuing to use Fastrackie after a revision takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Fastrackie is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without depriving you of protections you are entitled to under the law of the place where you live.
