1. Who is responsible
Fastrackie is operated by Joe Nyambura, an individual developer based in Kenya. For anything in this policy, write to joenyambura@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
Your account: email address, display name, an avatar if you add one, and your account timezone. Your records: fasts, weight entries, journal entries, mood logs, your preferences, the devices signed in to your account, and security events such as sign-ins. Subscription state: whether your account has Fastrackie Plus, mirrored from the store through RevenueCat — payment itself happens inside Google Play or the App Store, and your card details never reach us. Diagnostics: crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics), which help us find and fix problems, and usage analytics (Firebase Analytics), which count how the app is used — fasts started and completed, and how often the Plus plan is viewed, declined or trialled. Usage analytics never include the content of your records, and can be switched off in Privacy.
3. What we never do
No advertising, and no selling or sharing of your data for advertising. Notifications never carry the content of your records — a reminder says a window closed, not what you wrote. Journal entries are private by construction: they are stored to be shown back to you and used for nothing else.
4. Where your data lives
Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage), which processes it on our behalf. Subscription state is processed by RevenueCat. Each provider handles data under its own published terms as a processor for this app.
5. Your controls
You can export your data from the app at any time, and you can delete individual records or your whole account. Export and deletion are always available on the free tier — they are never part of a subscription.
6. Retention
Your records are kept while your account exists. Deleting your account removes your records from the app's database. Crash and analytics data is retained under Google's standard retention periods and is not tied to your journal or fasting content.
7. Age
Fastrackie is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use it.
8. Changes
When this policy changes, the version number and effective date at the top of this page change with it, and the app can tell you it was revised after you last read it.
