Delete your account or data
Fastrackie (by Joe Nyambura) lets you delete your data — some of it or all of it — from inside the app, on the free tier, always. Deletion is never part of a subscription.
Delete your whole account
- Open Fastrackie and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
This removes your account and its records from the app’s database: your profile (email, display name, avatar, timezone), fasts, weight entries, journal entries, mood logs, preferences, device list and security events, and your subscription state record. Any active store subscription is managed and cancelled through Google Play itself.
Delete some data without deleting your account
Individual fasts, weight entries and journal entries can be deleted from their own screens in the app at any time.
What is kept, and for how long
After account deletion, your records are removed from the app’s database. Crash reports and usage analytics (Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics) are retained under Google’s standard retention periods; they are diagnostic data and are not tied to your journal or fasting content.
If you cannot use the app
Email joenyambura@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask for deletion; it will be carried out for you.
